Program Description

The Canadian European Academy Training Certificate in Human Resources aims to help you work towards a more promising career in Human Resources.

Discover the basics of how organizations work. Identify the practical aspects of compensations and benefits, employment legislation, occupational health and safety requirements, plus recruitment and selection. Learn course materials in an interactive format that encourages you to ask questions, gain knowledge from others’ experiences and apply personal effort in managing your own learning style. Work in teams on projects intended to mirror real-life situations and provide valuable practical business experience.
