Program Description
The effective management of an organization’s human resources is now recognized as a critical component in the success of public and private enterprises. Irrespective of size, the presence of well trained and highly-motivated staff, will enable organizations to meet the fresh challenges that come from the rapidly changing business environment.
The recognition of the importance of human resource management has led to a demand for trained and qualified HR professionals and to the development of a career structure rising to the highest levels of the organization. Currently, demand for trained and qualified HR professionals is outstripping supply.
British Certification in Human Resources Management supports all of the activities related to challenges facing Canadian organizations in the context of managing their workforce.
The focus is on using HR skills to build effective relationships at all organizational levels to maintain the well-being of the organization.
Upon completion of each level of this program students can register to challenge the culminating exam in order to receive the British Certification.,
