Program Description
Enroll in the Hotel & Restaurant Operations program and prepare for a career in the world’s fastest growing industry, the hospitality industry.
This program will prepare you for an exciting career through extensive study in all phases of management, food service and related fields pertaining to the operation of hotels, resorts and restaurants.
Emphasis is placed on industry-related skills in your year of study, which are applied during paid summer placement at recognized hotels, resorts and restaurants.
Upon completion of the program students can register to challenge the culminating exam in order to receive the British Certification.
